2. Eligibility

3. Our products
Verlome Care products are beauty and personal care tools. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person. Please read the instructions and safety information before use, and speak to a doctor if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have an implanted electronic device.

We do our best to show colors, sizes and details accurately, but your screen may display them slightly differently.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices or offers at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel that order and refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never store your full card details.

5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the payment isn't authorized, or we suspect fraud. If this happens after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered within 5 to 11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, carriers or events outside our control. 7. Returns and refunds
